Q: Do you supply samples?
A: Yes, we supply the samples free of charge for the designs we already have. But the parcel need to be freight collect.
Q: What is your delivery?
A:Generally, our delivery is 10 days to 20 days, depend on quantity.
Q: What is your payment method?
A: 30% T/T in advance before production, 70% balance paid before shipment.
Q: What is your quality control system?
A: Before production, we send the pre-production sample to customers for approval. During the production we produce the goods strictly according to the approved samples. When 1/3 to 1/2 of goods was produced, we inspect the goods for first time. Before packing, we inspect the goods for second time. Before shipment, we inspect the goods for third time, and we send the shipment samples to customers for confirm again. After customers confirmed the shipment samples, we arrange the shipment.
