What are the mechanical operating principles of woven labels?

Material Selection and Processing:

Woven labels are typically made from fibrous materials such as cotton, linen, silk, or synthetic materials. These materials are selected based on their physical and chemical properties, such as strength and elasticity.

During the manufacturing process, yarns are interlaced according to specific patterns to form the fabric. Factors such as yarn type, thickness, density, and arrangement influence the label's appearance and tactile feel.

 

Weaving Technology:
Woven label machines operate on principles similar to standard looms, utilizing electronic jacquard weaving with warp and weft yarns. While woven labels are a form of textile production, their manufacturing process is more complex than that of standard fabric.

Although these machines can weave general fabrics, their specific design and functionality make them particularly well-suited for producing woven labels.

 

Dyeing or Printing Processes:

Dyeing or printing processes are employed to achieve the desired colors and patterns on the woven labels. This involves the application of dyes and the mechanisms by which the dye is absorbed by or penetrates the fibers to produce the intended color and visual effect.
